Position Overview

We are looking for a Treatment Specialist to join our growing Dry Eye Treatment Center. This is a unique, hybrid role combining patient care, clinical technology, and the opportunity to grow into advanced medical aesthetics.

You’ll work directly with patients undergoing our specialized dry eye treatment protocols, educate them on eye health and skincare, and deliver results-driven care using InMode technology and other leading systems.

Key Responsibilities

Dry Eye Treatment & Patient Care

- Administer clinical dry eye therapies and assist with advanced diagnostic testing.
- Guide patients through treatment plans, follow-up care, and progress tracking.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold clinical excellence.
- Ensure every interaction reflects our standard of comfort, trust, and professionalism.

Technology & Innovation

- Operate advanced treatment platforms such as InMode, LipiFlow, and IPL systems for dry eye therapy and ocular rejuvenation.
- Learn and apply aesthetic technologies as part of your professional development, including:




- Morpheus8 – Collagen stimulation and tightening for facial and periocular rejuvenation.
- Forma & Forma-I – Non-invasive collagen activation for eyes, face, and body.
- Lumecca & Lumecca-I – IPL-based skin and ocular treatments targeting inflammation, redness, and pigmentation.

Client Education & Experience

- Educate patients on dry eye prevention, skincare, and home maintenance.
- Recommend supportive skincare regimens using AlumierMD products.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience consistent with our brand reputation.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with optometrists, medical aestheticians, and the Helix MedSpa team to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Qualifications

- Certification or relevant experience in optical assisting, aesthetics, nursing, or related clinical care.
- Passion for patient wellness, learning, and qualified growth.
- Experience or robust interest in dry eye treatment, eye care, or medical aesthetics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering a luxury-level patient experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
