Overview

The Office Manager/Dispatcher coordinates daily office operations and dispatch activities, keeping administrative work organized and supporting clear communication across the team. This role combines front desk service, clerical coordination, and practical office management.

Duties

- Manage front desk coverage, multi-line phone systems, and professional phone etiquette while directing inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate dispatch communications and maintain organized filing, bookkeeping, vendor records, and office documentation.
- Support human resources, payroll, budgeting, and QuickBooks tasks, following established processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Supervise, train, and support team members, coordinating schedules and office priorities. Your impact:

Experience

Required: Solid communication and organizational skills, with practical ability to manage clerical and administrative tasks, filing, front desk service, and accurate records. Team management and vendor coordination skills support effective daily operations.

Preferred: Office experience, including supervising experience, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, payroll, human resources, budgeting, multi-line phone systems, and training and development.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
