Mosaic Home Services is based in Edmonton. We need someone who can run social media across

Mosaic and our family of companies without drowning, and the only way to do that well is to work smarter

than everyone else. If you already use AI to do in an hour what takes most people a day, keep reading.

What You’ll Own

- Social media strategy and execution for Mosaic and its family of companies across Instagram,

Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Reddit

- A monthly content calendar that runs ahead of schedule, not behind it
- Short-form video that actually stops the scroll
- Fast, real community engagement: replies within the hour, not end of day
- LinkedIn presence that builds relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, not “Great post!”

- Building AI workflows and agents that turn raw field footage into finished, on-brand content at scale
- Monthly performance insights that tell us what’s working and what to cut

You’re the Person We Want If You

- Use ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude Design daily, and know how to get great output from them, not

average output

- Have designed social graphics, brand guidelines, carousels, or campaign visuals in the Claude





Design interface (or can show us how you’d use it)

- Have built an AI agent, automation, or custom workflow that creates or scales content (show us,

we’d love to see it)

- Can shoot and edit vertical video that people actually watch
- Understand Reddit culture and know how to show up in local and industry communities without

sounding like an ad

- Write well and can switch voices between a holiday lighting brand and a B2B LinkedIn post without

missing a beat

- Think in systems: you’d rather build a process once than repeat a task fifty times
- Move quick, take ownership, and don’t wait to be told what’s next

Experience

- 1 to 3 years in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Multi-brand, agency, or franchise experience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for occasional job site content shoots
- Bonus: Meta Blueprint, Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot certification
