Job Overview
We are seeking for part-time/full-time professional skilled and licensed Barbers/ Hairstylists to join our team. With minimum 5 years of experience. Must have some clientele and also in this role, you will provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and qualified atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair styling while building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

- Preform in all types of hairstyles, including short/long hair, african hair, fades, line-ups, shape-ups, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services to enhance client experience.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.




- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations related to hair care.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $2,880.00-$6,640.00 per month

Experience:

- Retail sales: 5 years (required)
- Front desk: 5 years (required)
- Customer service: 5 years (required)
- Barber/Hairstylist: 5 years (preferred)

Language:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cosmetology and /or Barber license (preferred)
