About the role

Looking for a pharmacy job that feels like community pharmacy again? DrugDrop Rx is a community-rooted independent pharmacy in Vancouver. We are hiring a part-time pharmacist to work alternating Mondays and Saturdays, with a friendly team behind you and patients you will get to know.

Schedule

This is a part-time position covering two regular days, alternating each week.

- Week A: Monday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Week B: Saturday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
- The rotation then repeats; we are closed Sundays
- Possible extra shifts for vacation and sick coverage if you want more hours

The exact rotation is confirmed at hiring.

What you will do

- Clinical excellence: Provide vaccinations, medication reviews, patient counselling and other clinical services within your scope
- Accurate dispensing: Review, verify and dispense prescriptions safely, including final checks
- Team leadership: Supervise and support our pharmacy assistants to keep the workflow smooth
- Community care: Deliver personalized service to our long-term patient base
- Collaboration: Work with prescribers and insurers to resolve claims and therapy questions
- Compliance: Follow College of Pharmacists of BC standards, provincial regulations, and Federal regulations

What we are looking for

- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Injection certification and valid CPR/First Aid (required)
- WinRx proficiency is a significant asset
- Languages: Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset,



to support our local community
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the workflow
- Authorization to work in Canada

Pay and benefits

Pay: $48 to $55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
