Job Summary

- Provide attentive, welcoming service as a Server/Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Take food and beverage orders, serve guests, prepare drinks, and help ensure a positive dining experience from arrival through checkout.
- Follow food safety and food handling practices while maintaining a clean, organized service area.
- Prepare sides for the south indian dishes.
- Work effectively in fast paced workplace. Ability to do things by yourself.

Duties

- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and provide friendly, responsive customer service.
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system; experience with Micros POS is helpful.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, check in with guests, and address requests professionally.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with established procedures and applicable safety requirements.
- Process guest payments, operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Use basic math and sound judgment to verify orders, payments, and change.




- Maintain clean tables, bar areas, service stations, and equipment; follow food safety and food handling standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to support smooth, timely food service.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively during busy service periods.

Experience

- Previous south indian restaurant, food industry, food service, serving, or bartending experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems; Micros POS experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills.
- Ability to handle cash and complete cashiering tasks accurately.
- Basic math and practical math skills for order entry and payment processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices is an advantage.
- Solid communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Pay: $36,500.00-$37,000.00 per year
