Construction Project Manager – Full-Time Ready to run your own projects, start to finish? We’re a growing builder looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership. You’ll lead ground-up mid-rise projects from pre-construction to closeout, with the support of a strong site team and real authority to get things done. Must haves
• Mid-rise construction experience
• Retirement residence construction experience What you’ll do
• Own your projects from first drawing to final handover
• Keep the schedule tight and trades, materials and approvals moving
• Control budgets, change orders and cost-to-complete
• Lead tendering, scope review and subcontractor relationships
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings and documentation in Procore
• Drive quality,



safety and a clean closeout What you bring
• 5+ years managing construction projects, ideally with a GC or CM
• Robust command of drawings, specs, contracts and the Ontario Building Code
• Sharp budgeting, scheduling and negotiation skills
• Procore, MS Project and Excel experience
• CCDC contract experience is a bonus
