Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve drinks, snacks, and meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling
- Manage cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including tables, bar, and service stations
- Assist with bar tending duties when required, including mixing drinks and preparing beverages
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests to ensure a positive experience





Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Experience in bartending or serving is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
