Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00 hour based on qualifications and experience

Shift: 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday work required 7:00 am - 12:00 pm

Job Summary

You will be working in a friendly team environment and be involved in the processing of recycled metals as well as equipment operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Process and organize all material & types of metals
- Sorting metals from a conveyor line
- Analyze materials to ensure proper grading
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- General duties around the yard as needed
- Maintenance shop assistance when required
- Work in all weather conditions, rain or shine
- Customer service

Qualifications/Skills

- Ability to identify different metals for processing - an asset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willing to work in all weather conditions – rain or shine
- Mechanically inclined
- Posses the desire and ability to learn
- Equipment operating experience an asset




- Previous work in scrap metal recycling an asset - training provided
