Saint John Toyota is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Appointment Coordinator.

In this role, you'll be an important connection between our customers and our Service Department, handling both incoming and outgoing calls to schedule service appointments and ensure our customers receive the attention and assistance they deserve.

We're looking for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys working with people, and can balance multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

What You'll Do

- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments.
- Make outgoing calls to customers using our dealership's appointment management system.
- Contact customers regarding upcoming or recommended vehicle maintenance.
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments accurately in our system.
- Assist customers with general service inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate department when needed.
- Work closely with our Service Advisors to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
- Help deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.

What We're Looking For

- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, call centre, reception, or appointment scheduling experience is an asset.
- Automotive experience is an asset, but not required.
