Snacks 4 Less is a growing retail store specializing in discounted snacks, candy, beverages, nostalgic treats, international products, frozen foods, and everyday deals.

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead our team, and help grow our business through effective marketing, merchandising, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, has a strong retail background, understands social media marketing, and can confidently manage a store with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Management

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and welcoming store environment.
- Ensure proper product pricing, labelling, and store presentation.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and overall performance.

2. Marketing & Business Growth

- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Create and manage engaging social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Plan weekly specials, seasonal promotions, giveaways, and in-store campaigns.
- Design promotional signage, flyers, and digital advertisements.

3. Merchandising & Inventory Management





- Organize product placement and create attractive displays to maximize sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate product ordering and restocking lists.
- Identify best-selling, slow-moving, and trending products.
- Coordinate product receiving, stocking, and inventory organization.
- Ensure proper product rotation and monitor best-before and expiry dates.

4. Staff Management & Scheduling

- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training recent employees.
- Prepare weekly staff schedules based on store needs and employee availability.
- Assign daily responsibilities and ensure tasks, including cleaning and restocking, are completed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Previous experience in retail marketing, promotions, or social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of product merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations.
- Experience supervising employees, creating schedules, and delegating responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Comfortable using POS systems, computers, and basic inventory software.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
