Security Guard, Victoria, BC (Full-Time & Part-Time, Permanent)

Xtreme Security Inc. is hiring dependable, professional security guards to join our team in Victoria. These are permanent positions with steady shifts, for people who take pride in being a visible, reliable presence on site.

What you’ll do

- Provide a professional, visible security presence at your assigned site
- Patrol the premises and monitor for safety or security concerns
- Control access and greet visitors, staff and contractors courteously
- Write clear incident reports and daily activity logs
- Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents, following site procedures

What we’re looking for

- A valid BC security worker licence (required)
- Open availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- A professional attitude, with a neat appearance and strong communication skills
- Reliability: you show up on time and follow through




- Ability to work independently and handle situations calmly

Nice to have

- Previous security or customer service experience
- First aid/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
