We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Swink Wrapper to join our agricultural operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently wrapping harvested crops using specialized machinery to ensure quality preservation and ease of transport. Duties

- Operate the Swink wrapper machine to securely wrap harvested crops, ensuring proper tension and coverage
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on wrapping equipment to guarantee optimal performance
- Assist with heavy lifting of crop bundles and materials, adhering to safety protocols
- Coordinate with farm personnel to manage crop flow and optimize wrapping efficiency
- Follow safety guidelines during operation, including proper use of personal protective equipment




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area around the machinery
- Support other farm tasks as needed, including loading and unloading materials or assisting with machinery setup

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on wrapping machinery
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment operation is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail to ensure crops are wrapped correctly for storage or transport
- Good physical stamina and endurance for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn recent techniques and adhere to safety standards at all times

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 55.0 per week
