The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a permanent, year-round position that follows the rhythm of our local landscape. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality dishes during our peak golf and ski seasons, with short, scheduled seasonal layoffs during the transitions.

What You’ll Do

- Culinary Excellence: Prepare and execute menu items to exact specifications, ensuring consistent quality, plate presentation, and temperature.
- Kitchen Efficiency: Manage your station during high-volume service, maintaining speed and accuracy under pressure.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a pristine workspace and strictly adhere to all Alberta health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Front of House and fellow kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Prep & Inventory: Assist with daily prep work, stocking stations, and monitoring inventory levels to minimize waste.

The Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification:



MUST possess a current Alberta Food Safety Certificate.
- Local Focus: We are only considering local residents at this time.
- Availability: Ability to work 32–40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong knife skills, a deep understanding of food safety, and the ability to stay calm and focused during a busy rush.
