Micom Americas Inc., is a growing manufacturer of Automatic Doors and is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep with AUTOCAD experience preferably. The Customer Service Representative will ensure outstanding quality of service provided to our customers by handling in-person, telephone and e-mail requests efficiently, effectively, and in a skilled manner. He/She will be responsible for the management of new and existing accounts

Duties and Responsibilities

- Make effective decisions independently
- Communicate effectively with sales representatives and clients.
- Collaborate with others as a part of a team
- Responsible for project quoting
- Create and manage quotes for swing and slide door projects based on customer requirements
- Support administration and management in production scheduling to meet customer needs
- Performs checks on orders for specific details and ensures 100% accuracy




- Answers customer inquiries via telephone, email, fax and walk-ins
- Able to submit orders in a time sensitive manner
- Completes daily responsibilities in a timely fashion in order to ensure data is available for reporting and product is shipped on time.
- Ability to Multi-Task successfully and work within a fast paced environment both individually and in collaboration with others across all facets of the organization to achieve company goals.
- Reading and interpreting blue prints
- AutoCad - Produce shop drawings of product line from architectural
- Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time
