1st Cook – Fuel the Crew, Lead the Kitchen

This isn’t your average cooking job. You’ll be feeding hardworking crews in a fast-paced camp environment, where your food genuinely matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’re not just cooking—you’re setting the tone.

- Leading daily kitchen operations alongside the Chef.
- Preparing hearty, high-quality meals that keep crews going.
- Keeping standards high (food safety, cleanliness, consistency).
- Supporting and mentoring kitchen team members.
- Jumping in wherever needed—because camp life is all about teamwork.

What You Bring

- Solid experience as a 1st Cook. ( Reflected in your Resume).




- Confidence in high-volume cooking and batch cooking.
- A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organization.
- A team-first attitude—no egos, just good work.
- Food Safe Certificate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
