Duties
- Prepare ingredients and components for menu items with precision and efficiency
- Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene
- Assist in food plating and presentation to enhance visual appeal
- Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols diligently
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
- Help with inventory management,
including stocking supplies and rotating stock as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or food industry roles preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Experience with serving customers or supporting front-of-house operations is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills, adapt quickly, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen atmosphere
- Need to be very flexible with your hours
- Can have very high volume and must be able to handle pressure of getting food out fast and hot.
Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
