Must be hard working with a positive attitude, and to be able to work in a team environment. You are a happy person, you work well with others and you get things done!
Must be comfortable in a kitchen environment. Attention to Detail is a must. Comfortable lifting heavy pots and pouring hot candy. You will be cooking 4 pots at a time with a goal of 16 pots in a day. All Candy. All Day. Every Day.
