This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in Supply Chain Finance, financial analysis, transaction structuring and client relationship management.

Your role:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of Supply Chain Finance and factoring relationships, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, volumes, portfolio quality and client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular portfolio reviews and identify opportunities to increase utilization, deepen existing relationships and support business growth.
- Analyze financial statements, credit quality and transaction structures, and prepare credit underwriting for new opportunities, renewals and amendments across Commercial Banking and Mid-Market clients.
- Assess and monitor risks related to receivables factoring and payable finance, including debtor credit risk, concentration, dilution, collections, commingling, credit insurance, covenants and other ongoing credit conditions.
- Coordinate new client onboarding and facility implementation, including legal documentation, credit insurance requests, assignment notifications, operating-system setup and client training on the Bank's factoring platform.
- Identify emerging portfolio risks and support the management and resolution of watchlist and financially challenged accounts in collaboration with Credit Risk Management, Special Accounts, Legal and Operations.

The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility. Our personalized training programs, based on learning through action, allow you to master your role and develop new areas of expertise. Tools such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at all times.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, credit underwriting and short-term credit-risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge of risks inherent to receivables financing, including debtor credit risk, dilution, concentration, collections, commingling and credit insurance.
- Experience managing Commercial Banking and/or Mid-Market relationships and working directly with senior client stakeholders.
