We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, warehouse experience, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Duties

- Set up and calibrate screen printing machines according to job specifications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Operate printing equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent, high-quality prints on various substrates.
- Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as needed to maintain color accuracy, registration, and print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure longevity and smooth operation.
- Assist with packaging finished products securely for shipment, adhering to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members in manufacturing and warehouse departments to meet production deadlines.




- Use forklift equipment when necessary to move raw materials or finished goods within the facility.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with printing machinery, applying basic mechanical knowledge to resolve problems promptly.

Requirements

- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, preferably with screen printing or related processes.
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with packaging procedures and quality control standards.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is highly desirable.
- Basic machining skills or understanding of manufacturing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn current techniques and adapt to evolving production needs.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
