Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs, monitor changes in their condition, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, support pain management, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Provide dementia care, senior care, palliative care, and hospice support with compassion and professionalism.
- Develop and coordinate care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe, respectful,
and supportive environment for elderly residents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required for RN and RPN nursing positions.
- Experience in retirement homes, long-term care, hospitals, home care, or assisted living is an asset.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
- Experience with medication administration, patient assessments, and medical documentation.
- Internationally educated nurses are encouraged to inquire about opportunities and applicable licensing requirements.
