You will work under the guidance of our lead technical drafter, assisting with the preparation of architectural millwork shop drawings, cabinetry layouts, production drawings, and CNC manufacturing information.
We are not looking for a senior designer or experienced project manager. We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to become increasingly independent.

- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and site measurements to assist in developing accurate shop drawings.
- Incorporate drawing revisions and comments from project managers, clients, and senior drafting personnel.
- Verify cabinet dimensions, material specifications, hardware details, and construction requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to address drawing-related questions and ensure manufacturing information is accurate.
- Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist with other technical drafting and production preparation tasks as required.

- Good organizational skills and ability to follow established drafting standards.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively with experienced colleagues.
- Ability to work full-time, in person, at our North York facility.
Preferred
- 0–2 years of professional experience in cabinetry, architectural millwork drafting, or a related technical field.
- Education or training in architectural technology, woodworking technology, drafting, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience preparing cabinetry shop drawings or production documentation.
- Familiarity with frameless cabinetry, MDF, plywood, melamine, and laminate construction.
- Understanding of CNC nesting, cut lists, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with cabinet hardware systems, including Blum.

- Takes initiative and attempts to solve problems independently.
