We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Estimator specializing in Commercial Property Construction with focus on interior tenant improvements and ground up retail development. This role will report directly to the Construction/Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Work with in house architectural technologists, architects and engineers to prepare scope drawings

- Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules

- Engage with contractors and subcontractors for the procurement of pricing

- Coordinate the failitation of pricing and quotes into contracts

- Assist in progress billing and quality supervision

- Communicate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate project progress

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation

- Monitor project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications

- Ability to multi task and maintain organization with a multiple ongoing jobs




- Manage weekly progress reporting and maintain accountability with performance monitoring
- Experience with project management programs
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
