Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grain Handler to join our energetic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, storage, and processing of grain products within our facility. Mechanical aptitude and farm background required.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload grain shipments
- Operate Grain Cleaning equipment
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and tracking within the warehouse management system
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Assist with warehouse organization, including stacking, storing, and retrieving grain products in designated storage areas
- Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting and construction-related tasks to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution workflows and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

Mechanically inclined. Farm background preferred.





- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, trucks, tractors and zoom booms
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments with a focus on grain or bulk materials preferred
- Strong understanding of heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures in a warehouse setting
- Construction experience or familiarity with building materials is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
