We are seeking a Mechanical Assembly Labourer to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on role working with mechanical equipment and components in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, be comfortable working with tools and equipment, and take pride in producing quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly using hand tools and shop equipment.
- Assist with equipment repairs, rebuilds, testing, and commissioning.
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic components.
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and established procedures.
- Operate shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Perform other general labour and shop duties as required.

Qualifications:





- Previous experience in a mechanical, industrial, assembly, automotive, or an equipment-related environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning mechanical skills.
- Experience using hand tools and shop equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a shop environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Industrial Mechanic Millwright and/or Heavy Equipment Mechanic certification/background considered an asset.
