Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance mobility and function.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and progress.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize office software such as Outlook for scheduling appointments and managing communications.
Experience
- A degree in Kinesiology or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.
- Bilingual skills (English plus Punjabi are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate patient data and outcomes effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow within the office environment.
