Job Summary:

The Senior Solutions Designer is responsible for designing hosting technology solutions that meet client business requirements and project deliverables. This role focuses on Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies, developing comprehensive business and functional design documents, application flows, and user experience solutions. The position requires collaboration with technical and functional teams, ensuring quality and adherence to standards while supporting large, complex, mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities:

- Design hosting technology solutions aligned with client specifications, standards, and best practices.
- Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create high-level application flows, detailed process flows, and functional design documents.
- Design user experience solutions incorporating accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and develop user personas and journey maps.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using UI prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Develop use cases, identify business rules, and analyze user feedback to improve solutions.
- Document test strategies, scenarios, and plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in change management and apply project management methodologies.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to bridge business and technical requirements.
- Maintain awareness of technology trends and evaluate new products for client needs.

Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM.
- Expertise in developing business design documents and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Proficiency in creating high-level application flows and functional design documents.




- Experience with Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation.
- Ability to create and update business architecture artefacts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- Analytical skills with experience in risk identification and solution development.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and rational unified process (RUP).

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA).
- Familiarity with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA).
- Knowledge of Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model.
- Experience ensuring adherence to corporate QA standards.
- Ability to develop quality assurance plans and write test cases.

- Experience creating and maintaining business architecture artefacts.
- Robust communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Onsite availability for 5 days per week as required.
