AECOM is seeking a Restoration program specialist – Airport Project to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga.

Major Responsibilities

- Coordinate all project engineering disciplines restoration programs from initial design phase to completion.
- Assist with the workflow and creation of priorities and backlog for the project Lifecycle Management Program.
- Provide support to the project management team in proposal development, including scope definition, fee estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Participate in field investigations and site reviews.
- Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and QA/QC processes.
- Chair client meetings and communicate design updates, changes,



and key project milestones to contractors and other engineering and architectural disciplines.
- Provide support to the tendering process and oversee contract administration, including bid preparation, contractor selection, and review of invoices and change orders.
- Provide support to document control for correspondence, submittals, RFIs, NCR, etc.
- Maintain project documentation, records, schedules, correspondence, and project files.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a team-oriented and high-performance team culture.
- Commitment to continuous learning by staying updated with industry trends, Airport Construction Code, and design standards.
