We're looking for a proactive, hands-on marketing lead to manage and grow all of our marketing efforts. This is not just a coordination role. You'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns yourself, while also setting the strategy and keeping projects moving, and work on various aspects of marketing. You're independent, results-driven, and happiest when you're in the work.

Your responsibilities

- Define and lead the overall marketing strategy (acquisition, conversion, retention)
- Personally build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social media, paid ads, email, content, etc.)
- Improve our conversion funnels through testing, data, and performance analysis
- Use AI in your day-to-day work (content creation, automation, analysis, optimization) in a practical, effective way
- Manage client relationships: scoping needs, follow-ups, explicit communication, and regular reporting
- Coordinate projects and contributors so everything moves forward on time

What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience executing marketing work, not only managing it. You can set up an ad campaign, write the copy,



analyze the results, and fix what isn't working.
- Proven experience leading marketing initiatives and improving campaign results
- Broad marketing knowledge: paid advertising (Meta, Google), content, email, SEO, analytics
- Strong command of AI tools applied to marketing, with concrete examples of how you use them
- A self-starter who spots opportunities without waiting to be told
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Comfortable making decisions based on data

Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
