Prep Cook / Dishwasher (Day Shifts – Wednesday to Sunday)

We’re looking for a hardworking, detail-focused kitchen teammate who thrives on keeping things clean, consistent, and ahead of the curve. If you take pride in prep that’s dialed in and dishes that sparkle, this is your kind of kitchen.

About the Role

This is a daytime position, Wednesday to Sunday, supporting our brunch service at Porter’s. You’ll be responsible for:

- Daily prep and portioning of ingredients to support our cooks.
- Staying on top of dishes and cleaning throughout service — keeping the kitchen humming.
- Helping with kitchen cleaning, closing, and restocking tasks.
- Jumping in wherever needed — we’re a tight team and all-in on keeping things smooth.

- A positive attitude and willingness to help with all kitchen duties
- Reliable transportation — shifts start at 9am

Physical Requirements:

- Able to lift up to 75lbs
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
