Supa Vapes | Store Operator | Full-time

At Supa Vapes, everything we do is about giving customers a great experience — and that starts with giving our team a great place to work. We’re looking for a Store Operator who is ready to take the next step beyond Sales Associate and take on greater responsibility for the people, performance, and day-to-day operation of a store.

This is a hands-on growth role. You’ll continue working directly with customers and driving sales, while also helping oversee the team, maintain store processes, and make sure the location is operating at the standard we expect.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll invest in your training and give you the tools and support to succeed.

What you will do

- Lead and support Sales Associates - helping the team stay focused, motivated, and successful
- Track your own KPIs and take ownership of your sales performance
- Track and support team KPIs, coaching team members on our sales process, product knowledge, customer engagement, and upselling
- Maintain accurate store inventory - following and improving simple processes that make it easy for the entire team to keep inventory accurate
- Maintain an impeccable store, including organization, cleanliness, product presentation, and stock levels
- Set the standard for a positive, professional customer experience
- Help build the store’s local customer base by encouraging positive customer reviews and feedback
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, and operations
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to Sales Associates
- Work with suppliers and support returns, stock issues, and other day-to-day operational needs
- Identify problems early and take initiative before they become bigger problems
- Lead by example and help ensure our culture and standards are reflected in the store every day

- Demonstrable comfort working with sales targets, KPIs, inventory, and performance metrics
- Organized and detail-oriented

- Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Eager to learn and adopt a proven sales and store management approach
- Interested in growing into greater responsibility

Training & Growth

Before taking on the Heron Gate location, you’ll spend your first 30 days training at our Hawkesbury store.

You’ll learn our sales process, store systems, inventory practices, customer experience standards, KPIs, and our culture. We want you to understand what we’re trying to accomplish at Heron Gate before you take ownership of it.

This is a growth role for someone who wants to build the skills and experience needed for greater responsibility within an expanding company.

Availability
