We are excited to announce we are hiring Additional Cast (Ad Cast/AKA Character Servers) to join our Jubilations Junior team on Saturday mornings (and some Sunday mornings and Mondays evenings). Jubilations Junior productions allow children (and those who are young at heart) the opportunity to flex their creative muscles amongst similarly aged individuals in a fun and inclusive environment.

Our Additional Cast members are a pivotal part of our Saturday productions. Working under the Floor Manager, this position is unique in that it requires a balance between providing high quality service and quality food to our guests, while creating an entertaining and fun setting as part of the live performance. If you are a fun loving and passionate hard worker who strives to always go above and beyond, this might be the perfect opportunity to develop your career.

On a day-to-day basis the right candidate will:

· Deliver exceptional full table service

· Interact with customers, make them feel welcome and important

· Take food and beverage orders, while answering questions about the menu and explaining daily features

· Place orders with the kitchen by inputting items into the Point of Sale and clearly communicating any dietary restrictions

· Accept guest payments, process credit card charges and provide change (when required)

· Manage a daily float and balance cash, debit and credit receipts at the end of the shift

· Conduct food and beverage quality checks

· Communicate effectively with other Front and Back of House team members

· Handle guest concerns with the support of the management team





· Assist other Front of House staff to set up the restaurant pre service and post service, clean and bus tables and run food, when needed

The right candidate will demonstrate on their resume:

· Serving experience in a full-service bar/restaurant setting

· Experience and success serving a younger audience

· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· ProServe Certification

During the interview, we will be looking for behaviours that demonstrate:

· Confidence and an outgoing demeanor

· A personable disposition, someone who can interact with a diverse group of individuals

· An energetic, upbeat and larger than life personality

· Strong problem solving and resolution skills
