What You’ll Do:

As a Cashier, you’ll be a vital part of the Edmonton store team, reporting directly to the Store Manager. Your responsibilities include:

- Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including merchandising products effectively.
- Communicate product features and benefits to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.




- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Sharing your expertise in woodworking and metalworking to assist customers.
- Providing excellent customer service to hobbyists and professionals alike.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
- Ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals who are ready to grow with us.

Qualifications:

- Must have cashier experience
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Knowledge of woodworking or metalworking would be an asset
- Retail Experience preferred
- Enjoy working with customers
- Desire to work in a team workplace
- Training will be provide
- Advancement possibilities
- Being available to work on Saturdays as needed.
