Your Responsibilities as a Tutor

Help students:

- Understand different historical periods and events.
- Make connections between historical events, their causes, and their consequences.
- Analyze and interpret historical documents.
- Organize and retain information effectively.
- Review and reinforce challenging concepts.
- Prepare for assignments, tests, and exams.
- Develop effective study strategies and habits.
- Schedule and confirm tutoring sessions based on agreed-upon availability.

You must be able to teach and clearly explain historical concepts entirely in English.

Qualifications





- Current university student or graduate in education, history, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge and understanding of history.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent command of both French and English.
- Proficiency in academic history terminology in English.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is considered an asset.
- Must reside in Quebec.
