The Employment Specialists, a leading staffing and placement agency is looking for workers to join our team to help our clients across the Lower Mainland. Become a vital part of our hands-on operations! We are seeking a reliable General or Skilled Labourer to support day-to-day operations in a hands-on work environment. The successful candidate will help keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while assisting with a range of physical tasks. Training and direction will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and supplies.
- Support team members with general site or facility tasks as assigned.
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
- Follow instructions and established safety procedures.
- Identify and report hazards, damaged equipment, or other concerns to a supervisor.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment when trained and authorized.




- Complete tasks carefully, efficiently, and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Ability to work night shift - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Steel toed boots are required.
- Ability to lift heavy things (up to 60 lbs).
- Must have some assembly or construction experience and experience with tools, such as ratchet, impact driver, wrenches, etc.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting materials as required.
- Comfortable following directions and working both independently and with a team.
- Valuable attention to safety and detail.
- Previous general labour or hands-on experience is an asset.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
