Senior Front End Administrator – Kanata

NeuroKin-X Performance is a new multidisciplinary rehabilitation and performance clinic located at 555 March Road in Kanata, bringing a fresh, nervous-system-first approach to healthcare, recovery, and performance.

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Front End Administrator, ideally with strong Jane App experience, to take ownership of our front-end operations, deliver an outstanding patient experience, and support our growing clinic.

This is a hands-on role for someone proactive, highly organized, and confident managing the front end independently.

What You’ll Do

- Be the primary point of contact, creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Manage scheduling, patient communication, billing, and daily front-end operations.
- Optimize schedules, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and patient access.
- Monitor key performance metrics and support clinic growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the patient experience.
- Assist patients with clinic apps and digital tools as needed, with training provided.
- Work closely with practitioners and clinic leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a multidisciplinary physiotherapy, chiropractic, rehabilitation, or sports medicine clinic.
- Strong proficiency with Jane App is highly preferred, including scheduling, billing, patient management, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently,



manage competing priorities, and take initiative.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
- Experience improving workflows, managing schedules, and supporting operational goals.
- A positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Additional Assets: Familiarity with health and fitness apps or wearable technology; experience with Veterans Affairs, WSIB, MVA, or extended health insurance claims.

Compensation: Salary/hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
