RAPS is Seeking a part time support worker to assist an individual with a developmental disability (E27)

Location NE Calgary

Days: Mon- Fri * occasional evenings and weekends

Hours: Versatile based on activities. 20-30 hours a week

Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: Encouragement of independent life skills (organization, money management and public transit navigation ect), Support in job exploration and procurement and on the job support as needed, assistance with peer and community connection and activities while encouraging social confidence. On occasion providing support on these outings using personal transportation.

Qualifications:the successful candidate must have an updated criminal record check containing the Vulnerable sector check portion, first aid/CPR certificate, a class 5 driver’s license and vehicle. Having relatable support work experience and having an interest in computer gaming,



video editing and photography is considered an asset.

Rate of Pay: $21.54/ hour
