Key Responsibilities: * Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service. * Prepare and execute menu items to high standards and exact specifications. * Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace throughout the shift. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth ticket timing and food quality. * Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience.



* Strong knife skills and understanding of standard cooking techniques (searing, sautéing, portion control). * Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure during busy weekend rushes. * Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude. * Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain it).
