SALES ASSOCIATE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview

The Sales Associate is often the first person to greet Guests who come to Sky Zone, so it is very important that Sales Associates must deliver WoW Guest experiences whether at the counter or on the phone. In addition, the Sales Associate is expected to know all relevant "real-time" information regarding Sky Zone and have the ability to effectively explain and sell it to the Guest. This type of information includes (but is not limited to):

- Membership Tiers and program elements
- Park hours of operation
- Price for all services and products, promotions and programs
- Details of our water policy
- Cost and information about SkySocks
- "Real time" court availability information

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver WoW Guest Experiences
- Great Guests
- Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times




- Provide information about Sky Zone to Guests
- Complete sales transitions
- Be a "Membership Ambassador"
- Effectively upsell the Guest to promos/promotions
- Accept valid Sky Zone waivers
- Enter data into computer system
- Various filing duties
- Provide SkySocks to Guests and assess worn SkySocks to be sure they meet the Good Condition Standard
- Clean bathrooms
- Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$17.90 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kitchener, ON N2P 2J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
