We are seeking experienced Plumbing & HVAC Technicians and a Field Supervisor to join our fast-growing team

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnostics & Service: Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC units (furnaces, heat pumps, Boilers, ACs) and plumbing systems (drains, water heaters, supply lines, fixtures).
- Field Supervision & Leadership: Direct, schedule, and support field technicians, installers, and apprentices across active service routes and job sites.
- Quality Control & Code Compliance: Perform site inspections to ensure all work strictly complies with national, state, and local plumbing/HVAC codes, EPA guidelines, and safety standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Lead daily/weekly safety meetings (toolbox talks), enforce OSHA guidelines, and ensure proper PPE usage across all teams.
- Customer & Project Management:



Communicate directly with clients regarding technical issues and estimates, while coordinating tools, materials, and dispatch tracking on field management software.
- Mentorship & Training: Onboard new technicians, mentor apprentices, and drive continuous skill development within the team.

Pay: $19.00-$50.00 per hour
