We are currently hiring a Rotational Molding Machine Operator for a busy manufacturing setting. This is a hands-on production role responsible for operating rotational molding equipment while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Experience with rotational molding is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Operate rotational molding machines safely and efficiently
- Open and close molds using impact gun and overhead crane
- Perform machine setups, mold changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production on molding, mixing, and pulverizer equipment
- Complete production paperwork and daily equipment checks
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
- Follow packaging, labeling, and traceability procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and SOPs
- Assist with material handling and packaging as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience in manufacturing
- Experience with production equipment setup and operation
- Rotational molding experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of 6S / Lean Manufacturing is an asset
