Job Summary

We are seeking a safety-focused AZ Truck Driver to transport freight across the U.S. Midwest and Eastern Canada, including Ontario and Quebec. The successful candidate will operate commercial vehicles responsibly, complete cross-border routes, and help ensure shipments are handled and delivered on schedule. This role requires a valid AZ licence and the ability to meet applicable U.S. and Canadian driving and border-crossing requirements.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate an AZ commercial truck on regional and cross-border routes.
- Transport, secure, and inspect freight in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate trip, delivery, and vehicle records.
- Coordinate professionally with dispatch, customers, and receiving locations regarding shipment status and delivery requirements.
- Follow road-safety rules, hours-of-service requirements, and border-crossing procedures.
- Use a forklift or other approved equipment to load or unload freight when required and qualified.




- Keep the vehicle and work area clean and organized.

Skills

- Valid AZ commercial driver’s licence and a secure driving record.
- Experience with commercial driving and freight transportation; cross-border experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of vehicle inspections, cargo securement, and applicable transportation and safety regulations.
- Ability to communicate clearly, manage schedules, and complete required documentation accurately.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset.
- Heavy equipment operation experience is an asset.
- Basic automotive repair or mechanical troubleshooting skills are an asset.
- Dependability, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to safe, professional driving.
