Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front and Back Staff to join our energetic restaurant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in both customer-facing service and behind-the-scenes food preparation. Whether working at the front counter or assisting in the kitchen, your contribution will be vital to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

- Greet and serve customers with professionalism and friendliness at the front counter or dining area
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover POS, handle cash and process payments efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy hours
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met, including proper storage and handling of ingredients




- Support team members as needed in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Be able to handle in person orders and online orders simultaneously

Requirements

- SMART SERVE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry standards is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
