WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed.

The ideal candidate is:

- Experienced in automotive sales and comfortable working with Internet-generated leads.
- Financially motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Trustworthy, professional, organized, and accountable.
- Confident in communicating with customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and online sales tools.
- Outgoing, personable, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Coachable and willing to learn, improve, and follow a proven process.
- Interested in long-term career growth, including future leadership opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous automotive sales experience is required.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Recent driver's abstract, issued within the last 30 days.
- At least one professional reference.
- Strong computer and Internet skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain the required AMVIC Automotive Salesperson Certification.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
