Job Summary

Our North end Brampton client is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Associate to support customers and maintain accurate business records. In this role, you will communicate with customers in both English and French. The ideal candidate is qualified, organized, comfortable using computers, and able to handle customer information with care. This role will be temp to perm after 3 to 5 months depending on performance and business needs.

Duties

- Respond to customer questions and provide clear, courteous assistance in both languages.
- Enter, update, and verify customer and transaction information in databases and other business systems.
- Collect and organize data from customer interactions, orders, forms, and internal records.
- Use Microsoft Excel to maintain, review, and organize spreadsheets.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks, including filing and document preparation.
- Keep customer records and files accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Coordinate with colleagues to route requests and support timely follow-up.





Skills

- Bilingual communication skills in English and French.
- Data entry and typing accuracy, with attention to detail.
- Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and databases.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Office, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
- Experience with filing and data collection is helpful.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
