We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the repair and overhaul process of aviation components. As a Shop Helper, we will provide training and opportunities to expand your skillset to support the overall operations of the company.
Duties
- Initial and final cleaning aircraft parts
- Shipping receiving.
- Maintain an organized and clean shop setting.
- Prepping parts for plasma spray
- Help in cleaning and prepping parts for plating.
- Deburring aircraft parts using hand tools.
- Assist other employees in their duties where needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shop.
Skills
- Use of hand tools and blasting cabinets.
- Basic math skills.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Must be able to work with others.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees.
- Attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
