St. Helen’s Meat Packers is looking for a reliable and organized Sales Office Clerk to support our sales team with daily office operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Enter customer orders into the computer system accurately.
- Assist the sales team with order processing and follow-up.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain sales documents and reports.
- Coordinate with shipping, production, and other departments to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications





- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and order-entry systems is an asset.
