Operations & Customer Service Manager

Job Summary

Meal Prep For You is seeking an organized, proactive, and dependable Operations & Customer Service Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on management role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring our customers, wholesale partners, and internal teams receive consistent and reliable support. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership, kitchen and bakery teams, delivery drivers, wholesale partners, and other team members to keep operations organized and running efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing multiple priorities, communicates effectively, takes initiative, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure processes run efficiently
- Manage customer service inquiries and provide timely, professional solutions
- Support and oversee the customer service team, providing guidance and assistance as needed
- Manage and maintain relationships with wholesale accounts, gyms, retailers, and other business partners
- Coordinate wholesale orders, product updates, and ongoing account communication
- Assist with onboarding current wholesale accounts and business partners
- Coordinate delivery routes, shipping requirements, and product distribution
- Work closely with delivery drivers to communicate route changes, delivery instructions, and account updates
- Manage online ordering, subscriptions, customer credits, and other components of the ordering system
- Coordinate product labels and ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Communicate product changes, shortages, pricing updates, and other important information to customers and wholesale partners
- Assist with vending operations, events, promotions, product launches, and other operational projects




- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve workflows and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and organized records, spreadsheets, invoices, and internal documentation
- Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure deadlines and company standards are met
- Manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Provide additional operational and administrative support as required

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in operations, customer service, administration, management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confident communicating with customers, vendors, wholesale partners, and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and make decisions
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a team
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Comfortable learning new software, systems, and operational processes
- Experience with order management, spreadsheets, and administrative systems is considered an asset
- Previous experience in food service, meal preparation, wholesale, logistics, or a related industry is considered an asset
- Reliable, accountable, and willing to step in where needed

Regular Schedule:

- Sunday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30AM-1:30PM

Pay: $58,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
