What You’ll Do
- Perform lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, wet, and wispy sets.
- Perform korean keratin lash lift & tints and well as brow lamination wax & tints.
- Create customized looks based on each client’s preferences and natural lashes.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow applicable Alberta health and safety requirements.
- Build lasting client relationships through friendly service and clear communication.
- Deliver consistent results that reflect Lash Lair’s quality standards.
- Provide aftercare instructions and assist with rebooking and follow-ups.
- Perform brow services if appropriately trained and certified.
What We’re Looking For
- Lash certification and 2–3 years of full-time lash experience.
- Confidence in a variety of lash styles and techniques.
- A bubbly, welcoming personality that helps clients feel comfortable.
- Excellent time management—you’re punctual, prepared, and respectful of clients’ time.
- A professional, reliable team member who takes pride in their work.
- Someone who wants to focus on doing lashes and building client relationships without the cost managing their own business.
Bonus Skills
- Certification in brow waxing, lamination, tinting, or staining.
- Lash lift and tint experience.
- Knowledge of lash and brow aftercare products.
- An interest in Instagram, filming content, or showcasing your work.
Position Details
- Schedule: 2–5 days per week, with opportunities to grow into full-time hours.
- Compensation: 30% commission + retail commission + plus tips. Earnings depend on services performed and bookings.
- Location: Lash Lair Inc, Calgary.
