Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor/Maintenance professional to join the Banner Brands team. In this role, you will report the the COO and will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for all employees and visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall environment of our organization.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Regularly clean non-production areas such as staff kitchen, changerooms, offices, washrooms, and lobby areas.
- Maintain and repair equipment as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.




- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and address any facility-related issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all cleaning and maintenance duties.

Skills

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valuable organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
- janitorial: 2 years (preferred)
